1. Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years of age to use MeeVoo. By continuing, you affirm that you are of legal age. Misrepresentation of age will result in an immediate permanent ban.

2. Real-Time Interaction Disclaimer MeeVoo facilitates live, peer-to-peer video and audio connections. We do not monitor private conversations in real-time. You acknowledge that you may encounter user-generated content that is unexpected or offensive.

IMPORTANT: While we use automated AI moderation tools to flag violations, these systems are not perfect. MeeVoo is not liable for actions taken by users who bypass these safeguards.

3. Zero Tolerance Content Policy The following are strictly prohibited: - Nudity or sexually explicit behavior. - Harassment, bullying, or hate speech based on race, religion, or gender. - Displaying illegal substances or weapons. - Recording or broadcasting other users without their explicit consent.

4. Automated Video Moderation & Evidence Collection MeeVoo employs real-time AI-based video moderation that continuously analyzes your camera feed while you are connected to the platform. You expressly consent to this analysis by using the service.

4a. How Moderation Works Our system analyzes individual video frames locally on your device using an AI classifier. No continuous video stream is transmitted to our servers. The system assigns probability scores to content categories and acts only when sustained violations are detected across multiple frames.

4b. Evidence Capture on Violation In the event that our moderation system determines a policy violation has occurred, the following may be automatically captured and securely stored on our servers: - A still frame from your video feed at the time of the violation. - The AI confidence scores that triggered the enforcement action. - Metadata including timestamp, session ID, and device information.

This evidence is stored solely for the purposes of: - Reviewing the accuracy of automated enforcement decisions. - Supporting appeals submitted by banned users. - Complying with legal obligations if required.

4c. Evidence Retention Captured evidence is retained for a maximum of 90 days from the date of the ban, after which it is permanently deleted unless required to be held longer by applicable law or an active dispute.

4d. Access to Evidence Captured evidence is accessible only to authorised MeeVoo moderation staff. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than those stated in section 4b.

5. User Responsibility You are solely responsible for the information you share and the interactions you engage in. We provide reporting tools; if you encounter an abusive user, report them immediately.

6. Account Suspension & Banning Violations of our Zero Tolerance Content Policy may result in an immediate and permanent account ban without prior warning. Upon a ban: - Your account access is revoked immediately. - Evidence as described in section 4b is captured and retained. - You may submit an appeal by contacting meevoo.administrator@gmail.com within 30 days of the ban.

MeeVoo reserves the right to use captured evidence when reviewing appeals. Appeals are reviewed by a human moderator and a decision will be communicated within 7 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability MeeVoo provides this service "as is." We are not responsible for any psychological distress, data leaks, or physical harm resulting from your choice to interact with strangers on this platform.

8. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you in-app and require your explicit re-acceptance before you can continue using MeeVoo. Previous versions of these Terms remain accessible at meevoo.com/terms/[version].
